Self-help mostly deals with understanding your own mental health issues, knowing the risk factors and analyzing the importance of leaving those risk factors or avoiding for a better life. In most cases, due to poverty aboriginal people undergoes depression and stigmatization of mental health issues keep them isolated. In isolation, they tend to move towards substance abuse and alcohol which further ruins their family from economic aspect and their health from the biophysical aspect. The self-help tool provides a comprehensive overview of their actions and weighs it against the consequences which can make them realize the hazardous effect of those risk factors.
